Kid leg ‘steaks’ cut with the bone in. A sweet and tender cut.
Great on the grill, with a little marinade, or slow cooked in the goat version of ‘Osso buco’ that you’ll find in James’s book ‘Goat’. You can easily substitute these leg steaks for the shanks in our Kid and Quince Tagine recipe.
Description
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
