Cabrito has won many awards including Observer Food Monthly’s Ethical Producer, Young British Foodies Best Producer, and Good Housekeeping’s Champion Meat Producer.

Goat Cooking and Eating was published by Quadrille in April 2018 and in 2019 won a James Beard Award and a Guild of Food Writing Award.

TV spots have included items on BBC 2 Great British Menu with Michelin star chef Matt Gillan, who took his winning nose-to-tail goat dish to the Women’s Institute’s centenary banquet; Nigel Barden’s food slot on BBC Radio 2 Simon Mayo, Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped with Matt Tebbutt, Channel 4’s Hidden Restaurants with Michel Roux Jnr and BBC 1’s Saturday Kitchen.
