Description
The kid leg has been boned, rolled and tied with string to approximately 1.2kg.
Perfect for pot roasted and slow cooed with carrots, onions and garlic and a splash of red wine or even beer as pictured. The boned and rolled kid leg also works well roasted at about 180* for around 90 minutes until medium rare. It can then be sliced to serve.
Delivery
We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off 9pm). However as the courier doesn’t operate at weekends, any order placed after 9pm on Wednesday and before 9pm on Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday, before midday, by DPD.
