Met and exceeded my expectations
Slow cooked curry on the bone is a favourite of mine. Falling off the bone and delicious.
I will definitely be ordering these again. Certain they will stew very nicely too but they are oh so good in a curry!

Utterly delicious!
I bought some of these ex-dairy goat chops as part of the box and BBQ'd them today. I marinaded the meat for 5 hours and then cooked on indirect heat in a kettle BBQ for about 15 minutes until medium rare and rested for 5 minutes. Absolutely delicious.
