These chops are from the ex-dairy goats. They have a little more fat than the kid goats but plenty of flavour. They take a marinade beautifully and BBQ very well.

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off midnight), delivering nationwide Tuesday – Friday via DPD courier.

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
