The chump is a perfect steak like cut. Taken from the top of the leg, it’s the same cut as the rump on a cow, only smaller of course, so it cooks and eats like a steak. If you’re into your BBQ, this is picanha Pan fried and basted in butter, roasted in the oven or BBQ’d you should serve the chumps medium rare.

‌‌‌‌You will receive 2 x kid chumps, approximate weight is 300g each.

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.

Delivery

We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off midnight), delivering nationwide Tuesday - Friday via DPD courier.

Storage

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.

You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
