A simple and delicious goat sausage made to an old Gloucester recipe. Versatile and family friendly these goat sausages are a healthy and low-fat alternative and are delicious served on their own or try using in a pasta sauce or sausage casserole.

Goat 70%, Water, Rusk (Wheatflour, salt, raising agent E503 (*ammonium bicarbonate) Colour E451, E450i, Preservative E224 Sodium sulphate, Flavour enhancer E621, Antioxidant E301, Herb and Spice extract (Pepper, nutmeg, paprika, marjoram, cayenne, colour E120.) Made using pork casings.

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off midnight), delivering nationwide Tuesday – Friday via DPD courier.

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.

After defrosting your sausages, heat up a frying pan or grill (or BBQ). Cook sausages through.
Excellent served with lentils and salsa verde or as a change in a simple sausage sandwich.
