Goat and jerk flavours are a classic pairing and this burger is a quick and easy way of giving it a try.

Goat meat 85vl, rusk (wheat flour, water, salt, E503(ii)), water, Jerk seasoning (sugar, tomato powder, spices, salt, acidity regulator E262, dehydrated chilli flakes, onion powder, herbs, garlic powder, spice extracts, garlic extracts).

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
We aim to offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off midnight), delivering nationwide Tuesday – Friday via DPD courier. However, as we are a very small team, sometimes it may be a day later (or on occasion earlier). Please email us if you require a specific date to check if it’s possible.

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.

After defrosting your jerk burger, simply heat up a griddle or frying pan (or your BBQ) and cook the burger on each side until it is cooked through. If cooking multiple items you can keep your burgers, once cooked, in the oven on a low temperature.
Excellent served in a bun with salad, mayonnaise and pickles.
