Goat (70%), Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) Salt, Raising agent E503), Seasoning (Salt, Rusk (Wheat), Wheat Flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Herbs, Stabilisers (Diphosphates: E450), Flavour Enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate, Preservative: Sodium sulphite (Sulphite), Dextrose, Antioxidant (Ascorbic acid), Spice Extracts, Herb Extracts, Colour (Carmine)

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with UK law.
Delivery
We offer next day delivery (cut off 11am) Tuesday-Friday. As the courier doesn’t operate at weekends, any order placed after 11am on Thursday and before 11am on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 3 days.

Cooking Instructions
Cook these patties over coals or fry on a smoking hot griddle or frying pan until charred on the outside and meltingly soft in the middle.
Serve in a bun or on toast. Try it with the chipotle BBQ sauce. Delicious!
