Quick, easy and versatile, Cabrito goat mince is made with prime cuts of lean goat and balanced with just the right amount of fat. Finely ground for the perfect texture, goat mince is full of flavour for quick midweek koftas or slow braising for moussaka or lasagne.

Goat mince is vac-packed in 500g packs.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
