Made by award-winning producer Harry ‘Ginger Beard’. Natural and full of flavour these are excellent spice rubs, in a convenient tin (ideal for preservation and for travel).
Marinate diced kid before cooking over flame or rub all over and slow roast a shoulder.
Description
Ingredients: cumin, black pepper, sea salt, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, fenugreek, allspice, cloves, paprika, star anise, basil.
