At Cabrito we have been working with Wild Beer for a while and we love how they create beers with exciting flavour profiles that pair exceptionally well with food. Their IPA was formulated with this objective; fermented with a unique 3 yeast blend providing the beer with a level of acidity that cuts through rich food and a complimentary pink grapefruit hop note, it is balanced with a dry finish and a moreish bitterness.
As a celebration of Goatober we are excited to launch this exclusive goat meat and beer box.
The £70 box includes:
4 x 440ml cans of Wild Beer IPA
Wild Beer Millionaire BBQ Sauce 350ml
4 goat shanks (approx 1.6kg)
750g goat neck fillets
2 x ex-dairy goat racks (approx 800g)
Included are 3 exclusive goat recipes that use both Wild Beer’s IPA & BBQ sauce.

Authenticity is key for us. We pride ourselves on producing beer in the UK using time-honoured traditions, hence our focus on using wooden barrels and foudres. It is also about using local produce, foraged ingredients and harnessing Mother Nature to inoculate our beer in our unique, Somerset terroir.
These techniques allow for genuine, rather than forced, flavour. We are transparent in our methods and our research and in detailing our successes and failures. These values are true to our hearts and hopefully, resonate with people who are on a similar mission of taste discovery.
The meat and beer in this box will generously cater for 3 meals for 4 people (with BBQ sauce and beer left over). The recipes can be cooked in a conventional oven and stove top or or a BBQ.
Millionaire BBQ sauce contains gluten, dairy, soy, fish & mustard.

Delivery
Your box will arrive on the Tuesday after you have ordered.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
