Curry goat can be served with plain white rice, or the more traditional rice and peas, as well as hot sauce.

INGREDIENTS (allerges in bold): Diced goat (38%), onion, new potato, tomato, red pepper, carrots, water, sunflower oil, spices (curry powder, allspice, nutmeg, mustard powder, black pepper, ginger, thyme, cinnamon, chilli, habanero), spring onion, raw cane sugar, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, tapioca starch.

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.

Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Microwave on full power for 5-8mins, stirring half way through. Heat until piping hot, stand for 1 minute.
Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan and heat for 8-10mins, stirring from time to time. You may need
to add a little water.
Oven: Remove film. Preheat to 180°C, Gas Mark 4. Place on baking tray. From fresh cook for 25 minutes, from frozen cook for 45 minutes. Stirring halfway and until piping hot.
