A simple and delicious goat sausage made to an old Gloucester recipe. Versatile and family friendly these goat sausages are a healthy and low-fat alternative and are delicious served on their own or try using in a pasta sauce or sausage casserole.

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.

After defrosting your sausages, heat up a frying pan or grill (or BBQ). Cook sausages through.
Excellent served with lentils and salsa verde or as a change in a simple sausage sandwich.
