The ex-dairy goats are generally bigger than the kids so you might find a single rack feeds two people. This is the most tender part of the goat and is excellent roasted or bbq’d. The flavour is more pronounced than it is for the kids and takes on spice enthusiastically.

2 x Ex-dairy Goat 4 bone Racks, approx weight 800g.
For leaner racks with a more delicate flavour, you want our kid racks.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
