These kids are a little younger than the other featured on the site and will be familiar to those who have eaten kid in Greece, Southern Spain or Italy. The meat is tender and delicious. It roasts beautifully and goes well with hard herbs and pairs particularly well with fennel.
The younger kids are, quite rightly considered a delicacy.
The new season Spring Kids will be available for delivery for Thursday April 14th

Whole Spring Kid, arriving whole, quartered or cut into 3-4 inch pieces.
Approx. 10kgs Approx. £16 per kilo.

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
