This box has everything you need for ‘Low and Slow’.
Diced goat on the bone, perfect for curry goat. A bone in ex-dairy shoulder for a smoke in the Big Green Egg or a 5 hour braise in the oven until its falling off the bone, kid leg steaks for a cassoulet or a classic osso buco. Diced goat (no bone) for a delicious Indian curry or tagine and shanks for a slow braise.

Description
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
