Kid Chump (Pack of Two)

The chump is a perfect steak like cut. Taken from the top of the leg, it’s the same cut as the rump on a cow, only smaller and leaner of course, so it cooks and eats like a steak. If you’re into BBQ, this is ‘picanha’. Pan fried and basted in butter, roasted in the oven or BBQ’d you should serve the chumps medium rare.
Approximately 300g for each chump, serving 2 people (or 1 with a big appetite!)
Description
You will receive 2 x kid chumps, total weight is 600g. Approximately £29kg.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
