Cut from the loin of the animal, kid chops are tender and sweet from the layer of fat and moistness retained from the bone. Taking a marinade beautifully, these family favourite chops are great barbecued, grilled or pan fried until blushing pink.
1kg is 10-12 kid chops
500g is usually 6 kid chops
Description
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
