A great value buy. Cut into the three primals: shoulder, middle and leg, the half goat gives you a chance to sharpen your butchery skills, try some new cuts or easily feed a crowd.

Description
The half kid is around 12kgs and will be cut into 3, frozen and arrive in 2 insulated boxes.
These kids are 6-8 months. If you are looking for younger, smaller kid then look up Whole Spring Kid.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
