Goat Neck Fillets (x 2)

Taken from the above the shoulder, these lean neck fillets are taken from older, ex-dairy animals and are full of flavour. They are hugely versatile and can be quickly roasted or pan-fried and served pink; marinated and grilled on the barbecue as a kebab or slow cooked in a tagine or curry. The natural marbling keeps the meat juicy with a wonderful depth a flavour.
2 fillets is minimum of 700g, serving 3-4 people

Approx 350g per fillet, approx 18kg.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
