This tender cut is perfect for a special occasion or when you want to show off. Classically trimmed each rack is cut with four bones and is buttery soft. As with all bone-in cuts the flavour is rich and intense, but also refined. One to savour and enjoy for a treat.

Description
You will receive 2 x 4 bone kid racks, approximate weight is 350g each.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
