Ex-dairy Goat Shoulder

The ex-dairy goat shoulders are perfect for slow roasting and braising and for low and slow barbecue. The older animals have a rich, deep flavour that takes well to punchy flavours and strong seasoning. In many cultures, mutton is an inter-changeable term between sheep and goat, so if your recipe calls for mutton, this is the cut to use.

Description
Shoulder cut to 1.5kg or 3kg on the bone.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
