This box gives you a taste of kid goat.
The selection shows you the versatility of kid allowing you to try different cooking techniques: grilling, roasting and slow cooking.
The dice can be bbq’d on skewers or stir-fried.
The chumps can be cooked as a whole piece, like a steak and served pink.
The leg steaks and the kid dice on the bone are perfect slow cooked like osso bucco or any number of curries.
The half kid leg can be cooked as a pot roast for a group.
The chops are the ‘best end’ cut. Served medium rare, they really are delicious. Best roasted in the oven and basted in butter.

The Kid Box includes:
half a kid leg (approx 1kg, £25)
2 x kid chumps (approx 600g, £17.50)
500g kid dice (£14)
500g kid dice on the bone (£9.95)
500g kid chops (£13.50)
4 kid leg steaks (approx 800g, £18)
The meat is approx 3.9kgs = £22 pkg. You save £10.95 by buying the box instead of the items individually.
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
