In this box the ex-dairy goat is the star. For too long these goats have been considered ‘only good for curry’ and while they do excel in curry, they are more than that. In this box you have everything you need to appreciate how tasty they can be.
Dice on the bone for that curry you’ve heard so much about. Mince for meatballs, kofta or burgers. Half a shoulder to cook low and slow, chops for the grill. Dice for a Mexican stew or Indian curry. Chumps for quick cooking.

Description
Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
