No matter the weather this Easter, this box has your cooking covered.
For the BBQ if the suns out:
Kid Racks, goat burgers and ex-dairy chops with a delicious Ginger Beard spice rub to marinate the meat.
To slow cook if it rains:
A 1kg Kid Leg and 2 Shanks. Slowly cooked until the meat falls off the bone. Try the kid leg with fennel and wild garlic, and the shanks as a tagine.
You save £5.50 by ordering as a box.

Halal: Our goat is not halal. All of the goats are stunned using non-recoverable bolt guns in accordance with EU law.
Delivery
We usually deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays. We will always do our best to accommodate you, so if you wish to receive your delivery on a specific day please write this in the notes section when you order or email [email protected].
(Please bear in mind we are a small team so next day delivery is unlikely).

Storage
Your meat will arrive frozen inside a recycled cardboard box with WoolCool insulation and ice packs.
You can pop it straight into the freezer or defrost and cook it within 5 days.
