Seasoned yoghurt is a good one to have up your sleeve to serve with chops, kofte, kebabs and biryani
Allow around 50ml yoghurt per person

Ingredients
- 200ml plain yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- ½ clove garlic crushed
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Squeeze the lemon juice into the yoghurt and add the garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper
