The Ex Dairy shoulders are perfect for slow, on the bone cooks and the low and slow bbq. They have a more pronounced flavour than the kid, owning to the animal being much older than the kid goats, but it is in no way an inferior product. If it is a deep, rich flavour you are after, that will stand up to strong flavours, this is what you want.
In many cultures mutton is an interchangeable term between sheep and goat so if your recipe calls for mutton, this will work very well.

We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off 9pm). However as the courier doesn’t operate at weekends, any order placed after 9pm on Wednesday and before 9pm on Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday, before midday, by DPD.
