These chops are from the ex-dairy goats. They have a little more fat than the kid goats but plenty of flavour. They take a marinade beautiful and BBQ very well.

1.5kg is approximately 12 chops (the size of the ex-dairy goats is less consistent than the kids).
We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off 9pm). However as the courier doesn’t operate at weekends, any order placed after 9pm on Wednesday and before 9pm on Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday, before midday, by DPD.
