James Whetlor of Cabrito Goat is collaborating with Head Chef Max Wilson for a goat supper club at The Gurnard’s Head, Cornwall.
The supper will take place (weather permitting) in the Gurnard’s Head garden which is sandwiched between the Penwith Moorland and the Atlantic. The menu includes asado style goat tacos, with pulled goat and vegetables cooked outside on the Big Green Egg charcoal barbecue, a versatile way of cooking that can offer a grill, oven or a smoker. This will be a social dining experience, with goat charcuterie from Cobble Lane on arrival, paired with The Real Kombucha Company’s drinks throughout.
