Neck fillets are not as popular as they should be.
Taken from the above the shoulder these lean neck fillets are full of flavour. They are hugely versitile can be roasted and served on their own as if they were a steak, grilled or bbq’d as a kebab or slow cooked in a tagine or curry. However you choose to cook them the natural marbling will give a wonderful depth a flavour.
750g (usually 2 - 3 fillets)

We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off 9pm). However as the courier doesn’t operate at weekends, any order placed after 9pm on Wednesday and before 9pm on Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday, before midday, by DPD.
