Here at Cabrito we have supported Farm Africa for the past 4 years because we have always felt our business should make a contribution to charities. Goatober is a celebration of goat and a reminder that we should not be wasting a valuable resource. Farm Africa’s projects are a perfect illustration of how useful and valuable goats can be, which sits in stark contrast to the way kid goats are treated in most dairy systems (see here for more info).
The £10 donation made to Farm Africa from this box is going directly to support their ‘Livestock for Livelihoods’ project in Ethiopia and Uganda, helping pastoralist women living in South Omo and Karamoja by supporting them to set up sustainable, small-scale goat-rearing enterprises that will help them generate an income and provide their families with a more nutritious diet.

We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off 9pm). However as the courier doesn’t operate at weekends, any order placed after 9pm on Wednesday and before 9pm on Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday, before midday, by DPD.
