We are always on the look out for new and innovative ways to use our goat meat and the team at Catalyst have one of the best we’ve seen in recent years. Their catalyst coffee sriracha complements it perfectly.

To celebrate Goatober we’ve created 3 exclusive recipes that marry up Cabrito goat meat with Catalyst coffee sriracha.

The box is £55 and includes:

10 kid chops (approx 1kg)

1kg goat dice

2 kid leg steaks (approx 400g)

Catalyst coffee sriracha (500ml)

3 goat & coffee sriracha recipes

‘Coffee Sriracha’ is the Creation of our head chef Vasilis Chamam. A hot sauce developed specifically for brunch made using fresh chilies and Catalyst Coffee. It obtains it’s unique flavour and aroma characteristics as it brews and matures along with our own special blend, or our single estate coffees.

Coffee sriracha contains fish sauce.

Please note all orders will be sent on Monday to arrive on Tuesday.

We offer Day 1 for Day 3 delivery (cut off 9pm). However as the courier doesn’t operate at weekends, any order placed after 9pm on Wednesday and before 9pm on Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday, before midday, by DPD.
