Slow Food Cheese Festival

Going to the cheese festival back in 2011 was one of the greatest food experience of my life. The entire town shut down and handed over to cheese producers, its extraordinary. And I don’t think there is a better place to be on the planet to be the Piedamont in late summer.

We are talking the Goatober road show to Bra and the largest collection of goats cheese producers in one place on the planet to help spread the Goatober message, we need to stop euthanising so many billy and eating them instead..
